You are amazing! Your light language is so activating. Our throat chakra has been described like the holy grail of our chakra system because it allows and combines all of them to speak our truth. I am toning notes as you speak. OM MA MA MA. The throat also anatomically looks like a ankh and is like the eye of the needle in the physical form. What a beautiful gateway!
The first thing my husband said after we did this together was, "that was wonderful". We took a few beats and then recorded maybe our favorite podcast episode yet (?!) We're only on number 8 since it's the early days, but it's been a fun new creative outlet for us to experiment with learning to trust the moment, each other, and just start to feel comfortable being "seen" in the world, but also to play.
Lately I am trying to think of my life as my most important creative masterpiece. But sometimes my central tenant of "Why" gets fuzzy, or I get in my head about the "how" to get there..
Thank you for sharing your stories, I really enjoyed and related them. And thank you for your recording. So grateful for your generosity of the sharing of your voice here! <3
That's awesome! Please share your podcast with the community if you feel comfortable!
I hear you with the "why" and "how." I always circle back to creation for creation's sake. The why is a like an implicit beingness that just is. Now the "how" is where the creative fun comes in. ;-)
I'm loving this intimate space. Listening to 06 Artist Therapy. You talk about an artist has someone who extends their creative capacity beyond language. In your words, "a person who feels so deeply about the symphony of how things fit together in life and expressing them from your perspective whether it's visually, visual art, music, design, writing. .... Communication of an experience that finds itself in the expression of what it is." I feel so resonant with that, as I have so many experiences that I want to express in some creative form, but the limitation of language can't communicate what it truly is. Thank you for your reflections in this space. Keep sharing. :)
This was a really lovely meditation. Thank you!
You're welcome. :)
